In the second week of November, Quality Week is celebrated worldwide, an initiative which SISTEC has also joined.
In this context, SISTEC's employees reflected on the good collaborative practices in the company, through activities such as lectures and the signing of the "Quality Wall" with motivational phrases. In addition, strategic engagement meetings were held with the technical and commercial support teams, as well as a satisfaction survey, which evaluated the impact of the activities designed during the Quality Week. From this survey it was concluded that 100% of the participants agreed that the themes approached were useful, 87.5% answered that the speakers met their expectations, and already 50% considered the "Quality Wall" a very good idea.
As main suggestions for improvement the respondents considered giving more time to the speakers and limiting the number per session. SISTEC has the ISO 9001:2015 certification that legitimizes the good practices of Quality in the processes of
service optimization and problem solving of the Company.
